About Me

I’m a senior executive at a well known media company based in NYC and spend about 40% of my time traveling internationally for work, 20% traveling to LA (where I moved from in 2022), and 10% traveling to Boston (where I was born and raised and where my parents currently reside)… and that excludes any additional personal travel I might do throughout the year. So to say I am a busy professional is an understatement.

I spent the majority of my life prioritizing my job above almost anything else, and certainly above my health and fitness. I always used the excuse that that busy professionals have more important things to worry about and simply just don’t have time.

During the lockdown days of the pandemic, when social obligations and commuting were no longer a thing, I suddenly found myself with a lot free time and was able to take the time to focus on my health. I started sleeping eight hours a night (something I hadn’t done since I was a child), working out consistently (something that I had never done) and focusing on nutrition (something that had always been hard due to the social obligations of eating out and my general love of food).

What I discovered isn’t exactly groundbreaking since everyone knows the importance of these things, but how much better I looked and felt forever changed me. I made lifestyle changes and developed habits that make me feel so much better than I’m actually better and more productive at work. Now that the world has reopened, it does require a bit more effort to balance my health and fitness goals with work and life. But it IS possible, and I’m here to share the products and tools that can be incorporated into even the busiest of lifestyles.
